TITLE: Data declared in ServerProcess.h

DESCRIPTION:

Moved parentPid declaration to ServerProcessUnix.cpp (the only platform file that needs it).
Added a member function to ServerProcess:

void set_parent_pid(int pid);

This is called in the daemon code of cimserver.cpp before forking.

Added empty set_parent_pid functions to the other ServerProcess platform files.
