Diff to previous 1.3 
Added the PEGASUS_PPM_LINKAGE expression to the definition of the
QueryExpressionFactory class in QueryExpressionFactory.h, and added an include
statement for Pegasus/ProviderManager2/Linkage.h. This was necessary to link
the DefaultProviderManager properly to the PegProviderManager lib.

Changed the linkage expression for the ProviderRegistrarInitializer class from
PEGASUS_SERVER_LINKAGE to PEGASUS_PPM_LINKAGE so the CMPIProviderManager links
properly with the PegProviderManager lib.
