TITLE: Adding automated test for snmpIndication Handler

DESCRIPTION: Added test pegasus/src/Pegasus/Handler/snmpIndicationHandler/tests/testclient to exercise the code in both snmpIndicationHandler.cpp and snmpDeliverTrap_netsnmp.cpp.
