TITLE: Server response time reports only Milliseconds.
DESCRIPTION: This changes the Statistics gathering code to use the new
usec resolution. This is the source of the total server time (totServerTime)
that is put in the response, so it to will now have usec resolution.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
