a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of
xmlwriter.cpp a comment line //=========  which drove the strip
function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

TITLE: Hostname validity checks applying out of date conventions

DESCRIPTION:
Currently, there are some areas of the Pegasus codebase applying an out of date
convention for distinguishing hostnames from an IP address in dotted quad form.
It is based on more strict former requirements for hostnames.

Those rules guaranteed that host and domain elements must start with a letter,
making isalpha/isdigit on the first character a reasonable quick-and-dirty way
to guess if a particular string contained a hostname or IP address.  But that
convention was superceded later by RFC 1123 (link below) to allow digits 0-9 to
begin a hostname as well, making the check a bit trickier to do correctly.

From RFC 1123:
 - The syntax of a legal Internet host name was specified in
   RFC-952 [DNS:4]. One aspect of host name syntax is hereby
   changed: the restriction on the first character is relaxed to
   allow either a letter or a digit.
 - If a dotted-decimal number can be entered without identifying
   delimiters, then a full syntactic check must be made, because
   a segment of a host domain name is now allowed to begin with a
   digit and could legally be entirely numeric (see Section 6.1.2.4).
   However, a valid host name can never have the dotted-decimal form
   #.#.#.#, since at least the highest-level component label will be
   alphabetic.

The algorithm used has been updated accordingly.

DESCRIPTION: Added SSL client certificate verification support for CIMExport requests received on the new export port. To enable this feature set the config property enableSSLExportClientVerification to true and specify the indication trust store using the config property exportSSLTrustStore. Username password authentication is not done and CIMOperation requests are not processed on the export port.

 -  _MakeAdress uses gethostbyname_r and gethostbyaddr_r

 - Took out PEGASUS_SNIA_INTEROP_TEST wrapper and made code within it the
   default. The rotuine is either passed a host name (or fqdn) and looks it up
   using gethostbyname, or is passed a dotted quad  which it converts using
   inet_addr. Attempting to use gethostbyaddr is superfluous and fails if no
   reverse DNS is available for the dotted quad.

 - Added return false if inet_addr call fails to convert the dotted quad.

HP-Nag: Implemented SSL handling in CIMClient.cpp for local connection and modified the CLIs to not to pass SSLContext to the client api.

HP-RK Defined an exception hierarchy for CIMClient API users.  All exceptions thrown by CIMClient are now subclasses of CIMClientException.  A new message type, ClientExceptionMessage has been defined as well.  This message is used to communicate client exceptions from the CIM operation response decoder to the CIMClient.  The CIM clients that are linked into the Pegasus build have been updated to catch CIMClientException instead of CIMException.

HP-RK Changed the MessageQueue::getQueueName() method from virtual to non-virtual, and removed that method definition from all the subclasses.  To make sure that the MessageQueue class gets the queue name value, the default value for the queue name parameter to the MessageQueue constructor was removed.  Constants were defined in Constants.h for all the queue names currently used in Pegasus.  The places where those queue names were being used for lookup were also changed to use the constants.

HP-RK Simplified CIMClient API construction so that client applications no longer need to know about Monitors and HTTPConnectors.
