TITLE: automated tests need to be written for security function PEP#165

DESCRIPTION
This creates a new poststart test client in Pegasus/Client/SSLClientVerification.
The test only runs if PEGASUS_HAS_SSL is defined.  This test stops the cimserver,
changes the configuration, and restarts the cimserver with its original
configuration, so it should not affect other tests.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
