TITLE: Add environment variable to control build of interop provider
DESCRIPTION: Adds new build time environment variable to enable the
compile of the interop provider in place of the use of the slp and
perfinst environment variables
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
