TITLE: mak/commands.mak - CIMSERVER_START_SERVICE not defined as a background process
DESCRIPTION: make serverquicktests hangs on OpenVMS because the make file starts the cimserver and waits for it to exit rather than starting the cimserver and returning control to the make file

a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
