running the tests. It also includes the logic to make it a standalone tests.
IE it can be run directly outside of the testsuite and it will set up its
dependencies. It, as all other single tests do, presumes that the
repositories are pre-built.

DESCRIPTION: Fixed two shutdown problems: (1) moved the removal of the PID file until after the CIMServer destructor has completed, since much of the shutdown functionality now takes place in the CIMServer destructor, and (2) in the case of successful invokeMethod (no exception caught), if the shutdown timeout expires and the CIM Server is still running, modified cimserver.cpp to kill the cimserver process.  Also, updated the terminated() documentation, corrected a trace method name, and removed the earlier 4180 workaround.
