TITLE: Enhance Linux RPM and add Makefile.ReleaseTest

DESCRIPTION: Submit initial version of Makefile.ReleaseTest.  This Makefile can be used to stage a set of binaries and Makefiles that can be used to test an OpenPegasus release. In addition, a test repository is built and included in the staging directory.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
