TITLE: add wsm

DESCRIPTION: add wsm modules

    0.  Getting VMWare/Linux/Windows working.

    1.	Ported CIMPLE to FC4 with gcc 4.0.0.

    2.  Added error reporting facilitiy to CMPI-CIMPLE adapter.

    3.  Implemented mutex-based TSD class to overcome clash with CMPI.

    4.  Integrated WSM with Pegasus to get first operation working
	end-to-end.

    5.  Reworked WSM types as C++ classes (formerly based on C).

    6.	Implemented logging interface (facility to come later).

    7.	Implemented error reporting facility (based on TSD).

    8.	Implemented fault handling (compare with standard).

    9.	Created WSM client library.

    10.	Created generic wsmget command.

    11. Added options to server (host, port, etc.).
