DESCRIPTION: add wsm modules

Building GSOAP:
===============

Obtain gsoap_2.7.8c.tar.gz.

To build GSOAP, configure as follows:

    ./configure CPFLAGS=-fPIC CXXFLAGS=-fPIC

Build and install as described in the GSOAP documentation.

Building WSM:
=============

First build Pegasus and then just type "make" at the root of the WSM
distribution.

OpenSSL for Windows:
