 3           WSM today is demonstration level code.  The core code is destined for a 
 4           production server but the linkage to Pegasus for demonstrates requires 
 5           some specialized setup and only works with selected versions of Pegasus. 
 6           In part this is because some Pegasus code was exported to WSM (see the 
 7           directory src/Pegasus/Client) to complete WSM and this means that the code 
 8           in this directory is at least partly a duplicate of the code in the server 
 9           so that is is Pegasus version dependent.

11           Please understand the following in using the current version of WSM.

13           1. WSM is Pegasus version dependent.  Today it works ONLY with Pegasus 
14           2.7.

16           2. It requires a Pegasus source tree and compiled environment in the 
17           directories defined by PEGASUS_HOME and PEGASUS_ROOT.

19           3. The library src/Pegaus/Client must be compiled after the corresponding 
20           Pegasus source tree since the library overlays the corresponding Pegasus 
21           client library.

23           4. It requires setup of some special enviornment variable to control the 
24           usage of some of its components including WSM_USE_WSMAN and possibly 
25           PEGASUS_CLIENT_HOME.

27           5. The WSMServer today is not deamonized so that it must be started as a 
28           separate task before WSM can be used.
