TITLE: TestLibDir utility

DESCRIPTION: Utility to test load libraries under $PEGASUS_HOME.

Usage: %s path

This tool attempts to load all of the libraries found in the directory given
by the path argument. It uses whatever dynamic loading mechanism is provided
by the operating system. For example, on Linux/Unix systems it uses dlopen().
It loads the libraries one by one and terminates with an error and exit code
of one if any library cannot be loaded.
