BUG#: 1433
TITLE: [HP-TM] WMI Mapper - Leaks, Namespace Conversion Error, and Missing CIM Methods

DESCRIPTION: Fixed several places in the Mapper code where BSTR's and Variants were not being properly destroyed. Added code to check for this encoding, and convert to the actual character value when parsing the hostname to be used to access remote WMI repositories. Added code, which was previously missing, to account for methods in CIM classes.
