Initial checkin to non-release branch for testing the modifications required for native Server Profile support in Pegasus. It includes a significant amount of code cleanup (although I'm sure there is still more to do) as well as support for the classes in the Server Profile that were previously supported by creating static instances in the repository. There is still work to do in a number of areas and a few open issues, but this should serve as a reasonable base for completing a fully compliant SMI-S Server Profile implementation.

DESCRIPTION: Was acquiring the attribute as a string and should have been
uint16.  Modified.  Now produces either a) no attribute at all if there are
no ClassInfo properties in the instances or b) list of the property values
for each classInfo with 0 as the default if there are any valid classinfo
properties in the CIM_namespace instances. Note that there is still an issue
between the DMTF specs and the SNIA SMIs spec in that the dmtf spec defines
the property value and the SNIA defines the value qualifier as output. We
are following the DMTF spec at this point.

function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

property value.  Thus, for the communications type it outputs cim-xml instead of
2.  Note that this is also a problem in the slp template specification since the
values are correctly defined in the enum attribute template but the spec description
clearly states that the value must be acquired, not the value from the value qualifier.

DESCRIPTION: Corrected.  This attribute now shows up in the output.  Note
that there is an open issue of whether the value in this attribute should be
the property value (i.e. 2) or the the corresponding value qualifier value.
The SLP Template specification is ambigious on this issue.  Bug 2042 discusses
this issue.
