TITLE: Sample providers should not be declared in Pegasus namespace

DESCRIPTION:

Removed PEGASUS_NAMESPACE_BEGIN and PEGASUS_NAMESPACE_END macros from
sample providers, added PEGASUS_USING_PEGASUS; so CIM symbols residing
in the Pegasus namespace will resolve.
