TITLE: Update Licenses to 2006

DESCRIPTION: Updates most of the licenses to 2006. The slp_client directories are excluded for the moment pending discussion. This change has passed unit and system tests.  Note that this changes just about EVERY file in Pegasus.

TITLE: ISA option on WQL and PEGASUS_SNIA_EXTENSIONS

DESCRIPTION: recompile grammar with Linux bision to be certain
bison output cpp and h files are correct.  This is result of
checkin for bug 3379 and 2653.

TITLE: SMI-S scoped property not implemented in Pegasus WQL

DESCRIPTION: Implemented in the same manner as the WQL ISA, with a
flag that allows it only to be compiled if the compile flag
PEGASUS_SNIA_EXTENSIONS is set.  This means that nobody but SNIA
users need have these extensions enabled.  Note that these are
enabled only in the parser, there is no evaluation support, etc.
Also the ParserCLI was expanded to provide negative tests so that
the non-existence of these functions in normal compile mode is also
tested.

TITLE: WQL ISA partially implemented.

DESCRIPTION: Recompile grammar in Linux with Bison because this
version of Bison is newer and more reliable than Windows.  This
commit is simply the bison output files.

TITLE: WQL ISA partly implemented

DESCRIPTION: The ISA clause has been made conditional. The ISA is allowed
when PEGASUS_SNIA_EXTENSIONS is set but disabled otherwise.  Note that this
change makes ISA a reserved keyword.

DESCRIPTION: This proably derived from compiling the grammar change from
bug 3084 with the windows bison. Although the change was tested on linux
and windows, it appears that this was not compatible with HP compiler.
Recompiled with current linux bison and commited the update files.  There
was NO change to WQL.l or WQL.y

TITLE: Wxtend WQL to include <> comparator in 2.4

DESCRIPTION: Added function to wql.l and also added the test. Note that
the tests are not compiled or run in automatic tests but the tests were
run manually and passed.

TITLE: Correct Compile Failure buiding WQLYACC.cpp on HP-UX

DESCRIPTION: the yacc output was putting in a pragma with
the file name changed from uppercase to lower case. This was
corrected by using a different version of bison/flex.  Note that
there were a number of other differences that showed up when
this was compiled with an up-to-date version of the utilities.
The resulting files pass the included parser tests.

TITLE: WQL does implement ISA

DESCRIPTION: Fixes the parser to accept the ISA syntax.  This is strictly
the parser fixes.  It does not add the code to process the ISA classname
result.  That will be added later.  This, however, should pass the SNIA
CTP tests for this function the way most people use that test.

TITLE: Add <> to comparison operators for WQL

DESCRIPTION: This operator was missing and is used in SNIA tests.  It is
a WQL valid operator and we just missed it.  Added to grammar, grammar compiled
and test added.

TITLE: License statement update to 2005

DESCRIPTION: All .h, .cpp and the wql, cql, compile *.l and *.y files along
with the .java files in providermanager2/jmpi updated to use the license
statement in doc/license.txt
Tested on windows and visual test of all diffs.

DESCRIPTION: AutoPtr updates has been made

TITLE: Copyright update

DESCRIPTION: Update all .cpp and .h files for new license and
update the doc/license.txt file.  Note that there were also
a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of
xmlwriter.cpp a comment line //=========  which drove the strip
function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.
