DESCRIPTION: Update all .cpp and .h files for new license and
update the doc/license.txt file.  Note that there were also
a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of
xmlwriter.cpp a comment line //=========  which drove the strip
function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

HP-[CAKG] Remove CIMNamedInstance class; use CIMInstance

HP-RK Use CIMObjectPath class instead of CIMReference.

HP-Nag: Added a new exception CannotCreateUserManagerInstance that is thrown when invalid repository handle is passed to the UserManager::getInstance(), when it is called the first time. Cleaned up authorization classes and related test classes.

HP-Nag: Modified CIMServer.cpp to fix a bug where UserManager instance creation was happenning without passing repository handle. Modified AuthorizationHandler.cpp to use root/PG_Internal namespace instead of root/cimv2.

HP-Nag: Added Trace Code and did some cleanup of Authentication source files. Added more test cases to authentication and authorization tests to increase the code coverage.

HP-Nag: Created CIMOperationRequestAuthorizer queue and moved Authorization verification code from CIMOperationRequestDecoder queue to this new queue. Modified CIMServer.cpp to create CIMOperationRequestAuthorizer queue only when authorization is enabled. Also modified CIMRequestMessagesin CIMMessage.h to include userName to make it available to the CIMOperationRequestDispatcher.

HP-NB added namspace verification code to AuthorizationHandler.cpp, modified authorization CLI and UserManagerProvider to fix few problems.

Merged dev branch into main trunk.

HP-NB, HP-SF: Implemented the Security components for authentication and authorization.

file AuthorizationHandler.cpp was initially added on branch dev.
