TITLE: [HP-RK] ProviderRegistrar::findConsumerProvider uses wrong instance to find property 'Name'

When looking up an indication consumer provider, the ProviderRegistrar uses the ProviderModule instance to get the index of the Name property which is then retrieved from the Provider instance.  The index must instead come from the Provider instance.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
