function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

DESCRIPTION:

Added a CIMOMHandle implementation for use by Out-of-Process Providers.  This implementation uses a CIMClient object to forward CIM operation requests to the CIM Server.

The CIMOMHandle implementation was reorganized with this change.  An abstract CIMOMHandleRep class allows for polymorphic implementations.  The InternalCIMOMHandleRep encapsulates the existing, in-process CIMOMHandle implementation.  A ClientCIMOMHandleRep class contains the new, CIMClient-based implementation.

HP-RK Hack around a memory error caused by poor management of the client_handle in the CIMOMHandle.  The client_handle class has been given a reference count that is incremented in the operator=() method.  However, the CIMOMHandle was copying a pointer to the object rather than the object itself, so the operator=() method was not getting invoked and the reference count was not getting incremented.  Therefore, the client_handle was getting thrown away while it was still being referenced by a CIMOMHandle object.  The hacked fix was to explicitly increment the reference count when then pointer is copied in the CIMOMHandle::operator=() method.  A better fix would be to make the CIMOMHandle contain a client_handle object rather than a pointer to one, but this is not easily done because the client_handle class does not have a default constructor.

Initialize all memebers in constructor and check for none null values in the destructor.

HP-RK Changed the MessageQueue::getQueueName() method from virtual to non-virtual, and removed that method definition from all the subclasses.  To make sure that the MessageQueue class gets the queue name value, the default value for the queue name parameter to the MessageQueue constructor was removed.  Constants were defined in Constants.h for all the queue names currently used in Pegasus.  The places where those queue names were being used for lookup were also changed to use the constants.
