TITLE: _subscriptionClassesTable not threadsafe

DESCRIPTION: Modified Subscription Table insertSubscription(), removeSubscription(), updateProviders(), updateClasses(), and getProviderSubscriptions() methods to hold the appropriate table lock during the entire lookup/remove/insert process, allowing competing threads to apply their logic over a consistent image of the data.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
