TITLE: Problem building FQL in windows

DESCRIPTION: Corrected 3 issues 1). regex.h not used. 2) missing
return value (not a run issue since that function not used), 3) FQLLEX.cpp
call unistd.h.  Fixed by setting define in FQL.l.  Note that this required
building the grammar.
