a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of

function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

DESCRIPTION: Updated the ConfigManager so that it can be used in a Provider Agent process (for Out-of-Process Providers).  The ConfigManager now has a flag that controls whether it reads to and writes from persistent configuration files (for the cimserver process) or it just operates in memory (for Provider Agent processes and other uses).

HP-RK API Review: Make OperationContext Containers keyed by name rather than static Uint32, to allow extension of Containers outside of the Pegasus infrastructure.  Add a destroy() method to the Container class to allow the Container itself to control memory management.  Move internal Container definitions to OperationContextInternal to keep them out of the SDK API.  Move IdentityContainer member data to a Rep class so it may be changed/extended.

HP-[CAKG] API Review: CIMName modifications

HP-RK API Review: Rename KeyBinding to CIMKeyBinding.  Remove definition of KeyBindingArray.

HP-RK API Review: Replace use of OperationFlag with individual boolean parameters in provider API.

HP-RK API Review: Rework ResponseHandler classes.

HP-RK Remove logic that is unnecessary now that CIMNamedInstance is obsolete.

HP-SF: Fixed getenv(PEGASUS_TRACE) to use Tracer. Fixed UserAuthProvider and ConfigProvider to check for user credentials. Fixed a couple of cimmofMessages that were always implying that the repository as the default instance provider.

HP-RK Use CIMObjectPath class instead of CIMReference.

HP-RK Overhauled the configuration property unset functionality.

HP-DME: Added reference to PegasusVersion.h to allow version tracking at the component level.

HP-RK Set up infrastructure to allow configuration properties to be 'turned off' and use a fixed value.

HP-RK Updated the Instance, Association, and Class provider interfaces to use CIMPropertyList instead of Array<String> for the propertyList parameters.

HP-RK Created a class to map CIM operation request messages to provider API calls.  Cleaned up the dispatcher and added the ability to pass requests to control providers through the ModuleController.  Integrated the ConfigSettingProvider with the ModuleController and set up the structure for getting the control providers working.  Moved the ConfigSettingProvider from the Providers tree to the Pegasus tree, since it really is statically linked into the server.
