DESCRIPTION: Removed duplicate ConfigPropertyRow struct and updated
LogPropertyOwner and DefaultPropertyOwner  to return a Boolean (true) from
the isValid() method instead of an integer (1). Updated NormalizerPropertyOwner
to check for IS_DYNAMIC in isDyanmic() method.

DESCRIPTION: Update all .cpp and .h files for new license and
update the doc/license.txt file.  Note that there were also
a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of
xmlwriter.cpp a comment line //=========  which drove the strip
function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

SF-HP PEP 85: Configuration property table enhancement. Bug 202: HP-UX only : Updated default value of enableRemotePrivilegedUserAccess=true.

HP-RK API Review: Created a new ArrayInternal.h header file to hold the Pegasus internal Array functions.  Updated include statements to include this new ArrayInternal.h header file.

HP-RK Add necessary include of Array.h.

HP-RK Overhauled the configuration property unset functionality.

Merged dev branch into main trunk.

Eliminated another use of static string defintions in header file (to avoid
multiple copies of same string).

HP-YZ Changed cimconfig to accept setting property to be NULL. Also, if -u -p is specified in the cimconfig, instead of updating property value to be default in the planned config file, remove the property from the planned config file. Converted ConfigSettingProvider to use provider2 library. HP-NB Modified cimconfig and ConfigFileHandler to allow creating of config files when the cimconfig is run without the CIMOM running.

Initial z/OS support (Boolean class)

HP-NB Modified Config framework to remove dependency on the config files at the start of the cimserver. Now the cimserver will use in-memory default values in the absence of config files and command line options. Fixed a few defects in the config framework that were causing cimom to crash under certain conditions. Changed the config provider class name to 'PG_ConfigSetting' in the mof file and modified provider implementation files accordingly. Also modified the config CLI to show user friendly error/status messages.
