BUG 2493 binary repository issues:
  Added compare xml to binary repository to unit tests
	- test is enabled on Windows and X86 Linux platforms only.
	- test should be enabled on other platforms by developers/testers
	   working on the those platforms by editing
	   the CompareRepositories Makefile.
	- Instructions are are in the Makefile documenting how to
	   enable it for a specific plaform.

TITLE: License statement update to 2005

DESCRIPTION: All .h, .cpp and the wql, cql, compile *.l and *.y files along
with the .java files in providermanager2/jmpi updated to use the license
statement in doc/license.txt
Tested on windows and visual test of all diffs.

TITLE: Pegasus binary repository build issues.

DESCRIPTION:


Added compare repositories test.

CIMMOF COMPILER changes:
   Changed compiler to accept command line arguments:
	-M to specify compile mode XML or BIN, defaults to XML as before
	-N to specify the repository name, defaults to repository as before
   Renamed existng get repository directory function
	from get/set_repository_name function to get/set_repository.
        Used get/set_repository_name function to get/set the new name parameter.
   Added get/set_repository_mode function

Makefile changes as needed to add options to compiler invocations
and added appropriate defaults.
   REPSOITORY_NAME is the default repository name.
   REPOSITORY_MODE s the default mode: XML
   REPOSITORY_ROOT now includes the default repository name

BUG#: 2196
TITLE: Copyright update

DESCRIPTION: Update all .cpp and .h files for new license and
update the doc/license.txt file.  Note that there were also
a couple of files that had to be fixed because they had violated
the comments rules (ex. blank line at head of file or in the case of
xmlwriter.cpp a comment line //=========  which drove the strip
function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

BUG#: 1435
TITLE: [HP-TM] Order of Include Files Affects Windows Build

DESCRIPTION: Windows can be very sensitive to the order in which certain system files are included, particularly between Windows.h and Winsock.h.  When using the Microsoft Platform SDK, this is even more of a problem, so that certain files will not build without changing the include orderings on these files.

HP-[CAKG] API Review: CIMName modifications

HP-RK API Review: Remove definitions of CIMClientException and CIMClientCIMException.  Replace with use of Exception and CIMException.

HP-RK Update license header.

HP-DME: Add respositoryServer option to Makefiles.  This option uses cimmof (i.e., CIM Client API) to create the repository.

HP-RK Update cimmof to catch CIMClientException from the CIMClient interface.
