BUG#: 4273
TITLE: Remote SSL clients intermittently error out with responses still pending

DESCRIPTION: Updated the SSLSocket::incompleteReadOccurred to check for system errors EAGAIN and EINTR. This fix will prevent a client from closing a connection in case these errors are encountered during reads.
