TITLE: change assert() to PEGAUS_ASSERT()

DESCRIPTION: reverted these files to the previous version.
             see comment #4 in bug 4508 for more info.
             Basically these files are part of the SDK and
             PEGASUS_ASSERT() is not part of the SDK.
