TITLE: CRL store memory is mismanaged and leaked
DESCRIPTION: Use a SharedPtr to track the lifetimes of CRL store objects, to allow an SSLSocket connection to use the X509_STORE pointer from the SSLContext after the SSLContext reloads it CRL store while also cleaning up dynamic memory on destruction.
