BUG 346: Linux/PPC port + Linux cleanup

The Linux branches share the bulk of their code.
This patch takes a number of sections of code that were duplicated in
full heretofore under the labels
  PLATFORM_PEGASUS_LINUX_PPC_GNU,
  PLATFORM_PEGASUS_LINUX_IX86_GNU, and
  PLATFORM_PEGASUS_LINUX_IA64_GNU
and reduces these to single sections under the name
PEGASUS_PLATFORM_LINUX_GENERIC_GNU.
The work's not done, but here's a good start.

Bug 346 - Port to PPC/Linux

This provides PowerPC/Linux support for Pegasus with the target name
LINUX_PPC_GNU.

Much of this code is generic, and indeed a lot of my changes in
the files were to convert sections that were
  #ifdef LINUX_IX86_GNU
to instead
  #if defined(LINUX_IX86_GNU)  || defined (LINUX_GENERIC_GNU)
It strikes me that much more clean up and generalization of this
order could be done among the Linux ports.

NOTE: this port uncovered a bug in glibc on PPC/Linux -- the fix will be in the
next release of glibc.	You can get the fix temporarily from glibc CVS (see
http://sources.redhat.com/glibc/) or from me at dteger@us.ibm.com

HP-Nag:(PEP:49) - Modified wbemexec source to check for trust store validation result in the callback function and accept certificate only if it is validated in the trust store.

HP-RK API Review: Remove Boolean isCIMClient parameter from SSLContext constructor.

HP-[CAKG] API Review: Separate host and port number parameters for CIMClient::connect

HP-RK API Review: Remove IncompatibleTypesException from SDK; use TypeMismatchException instead.  Replace ExpectedReferenceValueException and MissingReferenceClassNameException classes with use of TypeMismatchException.  Rename CIMValueInvalidTypeException to InvalidTypeException.  Remove CIMParameter::setType method.

HP-RK API Review: SSLContext rework.  Renamed CertificateInfo class to SSLCertificateInfo, VERIFY_CERTIFICATE to SSLCertificateVerifyFunction.  Added copy constructor to SSLContext class.  Moved SSLCertificateInfo member data to a Rep class in the .cpp file.

HP-RK API Review: CIMClient timeout changes.  Remove DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_MILLISECONDS definition, remove constructor timeout parameter, rename getTimeOut and setTimeOut to getTimeout and setTimeout.

HP-RK API Review: Exception cleanup.  Renamed exceptions to end with -Exception.  Removed definitions of AddedReferenceToClass and TruncatedCharacter exceptions.  Changed exception messages to use 'invalid' rather than 'bad'.

HP-RK API Review: Restructured exceptions to move internal exceptions to an InternalExceptions module.  Combined definitions of overlapping CIMClientExceptions and Exceptions.  Removed unused exception definitions.  This is just the first step in cleaning up the exceptions from a developer API perspective.

HP-RK Consolidate definition of client SSL files and prepending of PEGASUS_HOME directory.

HP-Nag: Implemented SSL handling in CIMClient.cpp for local connection and modified the CLIs to not to pass SSLContext to the client api.

Modified CIMServer.cpp and the Command lines that are using SSLContext to pass the certificate verification call back function. Fixed few display messages in cimconfig command.
