function nuts.  These were fixed.  This has been compiled and tested
on windows.

HP-Nag: Fixed few error messages in cimconfig, cimauth and cimuser commands.

HP-[CAKG] API Review: CIMName modifications

HP-RK API Review: Rename KeyBinding to CIMKeyBinding.  Remove definition of KeyBindingArray.

HP-RK API Review: Remove definitions of CIMClientException and CIMClientCIMException.  Replace with use of Exception and CIMException.

HP-RK String class rework from API review.  Added a StringRep class to encapsulate the String implementation.  This removes the String.h dependency on Array.h, which allows the Array template to explicitly throw exceptions (which depend on String, which used to depend on Array...).

HP-RK Clean up use of namespace and class name constants.  Add namespace checks in internal (control) provider lookup.

HP-RK Update license header.

HP-[CAKG] Remove CIMNamedInstance class; use CIMInstance

HP-RK Fix implementation of System::isPrivilegedUser() so that it does not have a default argument.  Change System::getCurrentLoginName() to System::getEffectiveUserName().

HP-RK Use CIMObjectPath class instead of CIMReference.

HP-RK Reworked the String class.  Fixed the places where StrLen() was reading off the end of arrays.  Removed the Cat() functions.  Moved Open(), OpenAppend(), and GetLine() functions to the FileSystem module.  Removed the EmptyStringArray() method.  Moved method implementations from header file to source file.  Marked the _CString class for internal use only.

HP-DME: Added reference to PegasusVersion.h to allow version tracking at the component level.

HP-RK Defined an exception hierarchy for CIMClient API users.  All exceptions thrown by CIMClient are now subclasses of CIMClientException.  A new message type, ClientExceptionMessage has been defined as well.  This message is used to communicate client exceptions from the CIM operation response decoder to the CIMClient.  The CIM clients that are linked into the Pegasus build have been updated to catch CIMClientException instead of CIMException.

HP-RK Clean up Linux compiler warnings.

HP-RK Integrated the UserAuthProvider with the ModuleController as a control provider.  Moved the UserAuthProvider from the Providers tree to the Pegasus tree.

HP-RK Simplified CIMClient API construction so that client applications no longer need to know about Monitors and HTTPConnectors.

HP-RK Change CIMClient.connectLocal signature to not take any parameters (remove port number and user name parameters).

HP-Nag: Modified HTTPAcceptor to optionally bind to loopback host. Made corrensponding modification in CIMClient to connect to loopback host when connectLocal() method is used. Added a new method lookupPort() in System.h to return the system configured wbem port number. Modified cimuser, cimauth and cimconfig CLI's to use modified CIMClient connectLocal() interface.

HP-NB added namspace verification code to AuthorizationHandler.cpp, modified authorization CLI and UserManagerProvider to fix few problems.

Merged dev branch into main trunk.

FIX: Linux build needs Pegasus/Common/Config.h included first

HP-NB, HP-SF: Implemented the Security components for authentication and authorization.

file CIMAuthCommand.cpp was initially added on branch dev.
