TITLE: Need to move admin command man pages from 1m to 8

DESCRIPTION: Created directory pegasus/rpm/manLinux/man8.Z.  Moved man pages for cimauth, cimprovider, cimconfig and cimserver from man1m.Z to man8.Z.  Updated text to reflect the change.  Removed references to HP in text. Updated directory references.
