BUG#: 1851
TITLE: Added SSL support to Solaris CC platform makefile.

DESCRIPTION: Added an ifdef for SSL support for Solaris.  Right now, only support shared libraries.  If the user requests non-shared libraries an error message will be displayed.  If necessary, that support can be added later.
