This changes the OOP enable and disable to the true false setting paradigm.

export PEGASUS_DEFAULT_OOP_ON=true turns OOP on by default for the server
export PEGASUS_DEFAULT_OOP_ON=false turns OOP off by default for the server

This is valid on all platforms.

OOP is on by default on the following:
   - all HPUX platforms
   - all LINUX platforms

This change also changes the run_OOP_TS1 test to run the poststarttests rather
than just the TestClient.

HP-SF: Updated usePAMAuthentication to be a fixed value for LinuxIA64 and HP-UX (based on environment variable PEGASUS_ALWAYS_USE_PAM). Updated the config files to remove initialization of usePAMAuthentication config property.

HP-YZ:Fixed a few indication process related defects; Wrote SimpleDisplayConsumer; Added a compileflag PEGASUS_TEMP_HARDCODED_IND_DELIVERY. If this flag is turned on, indication process delivers indication to SimpleDisplayConsumer only and ignore handler's destination; Modifyed RT_IndicationProvider; Added test cases.

HP-RK Update library paths, HP-UX only.

HP-[CAKG] Update shared library major version number for HP-UX

HP-RK Support for a single CIM Server instance listening on multiple ports.  Support for local (same-system) connections over a Unix domain socket.  Added a handler for hangup (HUP) signals, ensuring graceful shutdown.

HP-Nag: Modified ClientAuthenticator to check for predefined directory in the local authentication challenge sent by the server. Made both server and client API to use the same directory to write and read authentication challenge files.

HP-SF: Added code to not list trace configuration properties. This change is enabled for HPUX and IA64 Linux.

YZ-HP: Turn on PEGASUS_RETURN_WHEN_READY flag for the unix platform by default.

YZ-HP: if you compile with the -DPEGASUS_RETURN_WHEN_READY flag, when the command cimserver is returned, the cimserver is ready to serve CIM requests. This functionality has been implemented on the Unix plateform.
