TITLE: Install  CIM Schema version 2.11

DESCRIPTION: CIM Schema vesion 2.11 along with interface files
   and the files to crate the interface and ckin scripts added.

DMTF CIM Schema Version 211 as released had a minor error that prevented
compilation. It is documented in the DMTF CR DMTFCR1649. The 211 This version
of 211 installed in Pegasus includes that correction to file 
System/CIM_LogRecord.mof.

The following original description contained two (“ ) charecters that caused
compile errors. They have been removed.
