List of the things we need to do:

1. PEGASUS_ENABLE_CQL - should we allow disable of CQL

2. PEGASUS_ENABLE_DMTF_INDICATION_PROFILE_SUPPORT

3. PEGASUS_ENABLE_EXECQUERY

4. PEGASUS_ENABLE_EMAIL_HANDLER

5. PEGASUS_ENABLE_INTEROP_PROVIDER - Should we allow the disable of the interop provider??? Not sure but tendency is to not use this one.

6. IPV6 - Should we allow the disable of IPV6

7. JMPI provider.  Today an option.  

8. PEGASUS_ENABLE_OBJECT_NORMALIZATION - This is really an options that should be disabled by default.

9. PEGASUS_ENABLE_REMOTE_CMPI - This is normally disabled and is a logical extension to be contidionally enabled.
