This directory is a work-in-progress to develop a standard configure mechanism
that can be used to configure Pegasus for compiling and linking.

This script is based on the standards for configure options used by the
GNU community as defined in the GNU coding standards. All options to be
used in this script (--enable..., --disable, etc.)  The coding standards can
be found at
