Notes on building for TRU64:

1. Be sure GNU make is on your path before the ordinary make (it must be called
   "make".

2. Set the PEGASUS_PLATFORM variable to "TRU64_ALPHA_DECXX"

3. Need bison and flex

4. Be sure to put PEGASUS_HOME/bin on your PATH

5. Be sure to put PEGASUS_HOME/lib on your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
