(*) Renamed NanoWBEM to OMI (all command now start with .omi. rather than .nw.).

(*) Added Fan profile provider example (to illustrated interop namespace and 
    profile concepts).

(*) Added support for associators operations to WS-Management (association 
    filters).

(*) Added .target and .toolchain options to configure script (to support cross 
    compilers).
(*) Fixed make DESTDIR=PATH feature (basis for building RPMs).

(*) Major cleanup and remove of unused features.

(*) Synchronized MI provider API with WMI provider API.
